Barry Bonds Holds MLB Home Run Records Amid Steroid Allegations

Barry Bonds is statistically the most prolific home run hitter in baseball history, holding the records for most career home runs with 762 and most in a single season with 73 in 2001. In 2003, he testified before a grand jury that he had never knowingly used steroids, though his personal trainer later pleaded guilty to distributing banned steroids.
