A group of flamingos is called a flamboyance

The collective noun for flamingos is a "flamboyance" — perfectly fitting for birds known for their vivid pink plumage and theatrical one-legged stance. Flamingos are pink because of carotenoid pigments in the algae and crustaceans they eat; flamingos raised without this diet are actually white.
