Your body produces about 25 million new cells every second
The human body replaces roughly 25 million cells every second. Over a lifetime, you will produce about 3.8 million billion cells. Red blood cells last about 120 days; platelets around 10 days; some white blood cells live for just hours. The only cells that are never replaced are most neurons in the cerebral cortex.
